Jessica Stödberg, alarm center operator

"Burglary, assault or a child stuck in the elevator - contact with the alarm center is often the first step for the person who has been the victim of a crime or had an accident."

Jessica Stödberg is the alarm center operator at our Security Operation Center and ensures that daily operations run smoothly. Here, together with her colleagues, she monitors everything from burglary alarms at private individuals to assault alarms at guards and operational alarms at industrial facilities.

“As a team leader, I support our operators so that they feel secure in their role, ensure that there are no queues, handle recruitment and follow up with customers on how we can become even better. They are fast pucks and very varied, which I like ", says Jessica Stödberg.

Jessica started at Tempest Alarmcentral as an alarm center operator eight years ago. She describes Tempest as a workplace where the commitment of both managers and employees is strong, and where employees have a lot of room to develop.

“It's fun to be part of a company that invests so much in growing in several parts of the security industry, it creates great opportunities for employees. It goes fast and things happen all the time, I learn something new every day. We are good, and we are getting even better all the time! ”

And the best thing about the job? “To feel that I contribute when I succeed in helping someone. I get to be part of where it happens! ”
